Terms Of Service:◇ All commissioners must be over the age of 18. If a minor wishes to commission me a parent or legal guardian must contact and provide the payment for the specified commission.◇ I maintain the right to post and upload commissioned works to my social medias and portfolio◇ I maintain the right to refuse a commission◇ I maintain the right to give a refund due to poor communication, lack of respect and behavior towards me as the artist.◇ Claiming the artwork as your own, tracing or copying the artwork or submitting it to an AI generator of any kind is prohibited. The artwork may be used via an icon, banner, wallpaper for a mobile device or pc and posted via social media with proper crediting.◇ Pieces may take up to 1 - 2 weeks depending on complexity of the commission. I will give updates and WIPs with communication throughout this time.
Commissioners May:
◇ Use my art as an icon, banner or background as stated above◇ Share the commission around via social media with proper crediting◇ Print for any personal non - profit useCommissioners May Not:◇ Recolor, trace or edit the piece for any monetary purposes.◇ Use the commission to train AI and NFT models. Doing so will blacklist you.◇ Sell my artwork or make a profit off of my art without credit.

- NSFW (Will cost extra!)Will Not Draw:- Political, Religious, Propagating or any harmful kind of art
- Humans or Humanoids
- Pedophilia, incest, zoophilia or otherwise illegal relationships, Extreme Kinks
Payment:◇ I accept payment via Paypal & CashApp in (USD).◇ I require half payment upfront before the start of the commission.◇ Three rough sketches and WIP revisions will be provided with the commissioning process. With the final sketch agreed upon the full payment will be required for the completion of the commission.
Deadlines and Refunds:
◇ Refunds will not be issued for any commissioned work up to 48 hours after first payment.◇ If a commission is canceled by a client, they will receive the work done so far + a refund based on how much work is completed.◇ If the requested commission needs to be completed by a certain date, please communicate that upon sending me all the other information regarding the the commission request. Rush orders and deadlines, depending on the time requested, may incur an extra fee.◇ Rushing orders giving deadlines mid-production will NOT make the progress faster. If a deadline is preferred or required, that needs to be communicated up front.
